Postage and Packaging

Here at Toddle and Born, we appreciate coming home to a parcel.

Something else we are partial to is keeping things simple and not being wasteful. We’ve all experienced ordering a single item which arrives in a box 5 times it’s size, or when it gets sent back to the depot as you’re not not home when it gets delivered.

If your items are being posted, then they will be packed as followed. Single/small items will be sent in a C5 size box, multiple items will be sent in an A4 size box. Both will fit through a standard letterbox. These boxes are recyclable or reusable, and each box will contain your garment wrapped in tissue paper ready to be opened and enjoyed or easy to gift to others.

If you are collecting an order (with prior agreement), your pieces will be wrapped using tissue paper and again in brown paper, wrapped in string.
